Typically, our celebrity guests are happy to sign items that you bring from home. There may be an additional charge for certain items, and there may be specific items that some celebs are not willing to sign at all. We also suggest bringing cash as some celebrities may not take other forms of payment. Please do not bring any weapons for them to sign that would violate our prop weapon policy (available below).
It's recommended that you purchase tickets through our Eventeny page here prior to the day of the event as it assures faster entry and offers a discount on passes. Passes purchased this way can be picked up prior to the event at select locations.
Passes will also be available for purchase on location the day of the event at full price.
The DECC welcomes working guide and service animals into all public areas of the building.
For the safety of our visitors, comfort animals, therapy animals, companion animals, or emotional support animals are only allowed at the event if they are trained to perform a specific task for an individual with a disability.
